OUR PROCESS

REQUEST A QUOTE

To request a quote you can come into the store, give us a call, or submit a request form below . Information you should include is your name and company or team name (if applicable), the kind of products and quantity you wish to order, what you want for your design, and when you need your order.

PLACE ORDER

After you request a quote one of our sales reps will be in touch to go over costs and other details. These details may include ordering methods such as a webstore or a order form, sample pieces, down payments and due dates.

ART APPROVAL

After you go over the details with our sales rep, you will get an email containing an art approval. Review this approval and make sure that everything looks correct. The order will not go into production until art has been approved. See the Artwork page for more details and how to send artwork.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Once the art is approved we will send the order to our production department. Production normally takes 2-3 weeks. Orders that need to be completed in a shorter time may be processed for an additional rush charge. Once your order is complete you can pick it up at our store in Stillwater or it can be shipped/delivered for an additional cost.
