BACK ORDERS

Heritage is not responsible for manufacturer back orders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Heritage in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery. We will work with you on your specific needs, and will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution.

BRAND COLORS/SIZES

This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. Due to this, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the try-on samples provided to your group. If you are unable to make it in to try-on sizing samples, we also have sizing charts available upon request. 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
